cleaning up after RE Day

when I was young, we would have most of our re-emergence celebrations outside, but as my grandparents got older we had to move indoors in colder years. made it a real pain to clean up all the scattered decorations from the RE piles. at least outside we could count on the leaves to decompose and the snow to melt without any help from us!
