I have been on the Re-emergence party cycle (mostly last weekend..looking forward to this Saturday's party too) and I have to say there needs to be more (read: ANY!) effort put towards vegetarian options. It's always egg-this, phoenix-that. I don't want to eat eggs! Eggs belong in the trash for i care! I guess no one got the memo that i re-emerged as a vegetarian last year so it's been a struggle!!!!!!!
...so just a VERY gentle reminder that some of us dot want meat. You can pick up RE-Day-made catering trays from every grocery stuff that come with salads with pitted fruits and those are PERFECT!!!! Another thing that I'm doing this year is working in some time to forage for nuts and berries during the festivities.
